Description

Pale straw yellow color. Sage and elderflower are present on the nose. The palate offers flavors of lime, green apple, passion fruit, and white peach. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with vegetable dishes or fresh fish.

Emerald straw color. Fruity, minerally aromas of fresh grapefruit, slate, dried papaya, and clover honey with a velvety, vibrant, fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, complex, medium-long fresh cut grass, cilantro, dill, shiso, echinacea, and lemon lozenge finish with well-integrated, fruit tannins and no oak flavor. A terrific nuanced Sauvignon Blanc with loads of minerality and complex herbal charm.
